It seems like different people have different experiences with different kinds of insurances. So it is almost clear that these insurance can act good or bad case by case basis depending upon their policies.

I want to share my exp. regarding visitor insurance for my parents.
we took ICICILombard in india itself. My father has to see the doctor for
a small procedure done on this toe. He developed because of injury as he is diabetic.
And after reading so many negative reviews i was afraid whether i will get my 1200$ claim accepted or not. As i thought diabetes is a pre-existing condition.
And we also mentioned it in the insurance policy when we took.
But surprisingly we got the claim approved by ICICI Lombard last week and we got all the money (minus 100$ deductible).
So it's better to have some kind of insurance (to be on safe side) if you think the patriot and KV Rao are expensive.

hey zelda, that aint crap just needs a little bit of work, as grinch above me said, try getting out your marquee tools and cutting out the shapes instead of using the eraser, that will give you the crisp lines you will want for the "pad" and the "screen" and try and get your image all the way to the edge of the ipod. then it will look super cool!!

Finally I am a US citizen after being 10+ years in this country. This is one of my biggest fulfillments and it means everything to me. US is just not home anymore for me, it is my country.
I wish everyone the best and hope they get GC very soon.

A lawsuit should bring things back on track. This is what happened in Jul 07. If it was not for the lawsuit dates would not have become current for Jul 07 filers. I feel there is pretty strong case here considering there are so many people who faced the same thing.

It is very important to put proper subject in your e-mail. Please refer to the chennai consulate website for more information. Because of the volume of e-mails they'll be getting, they don't respond to normal e-mails. I got the response the next day. I don't know if i am a isolated case but it doesn't hurt to follow the instructions in the website.
The email response I got from consulate says following:

Our records show that because of the recent changes implemented in processing the H1b visas, your cases are being delayed. Your petition information has to be verified in the PIMS database before the visa could be adjudicated. It will take approximately another 5 more work days. Thank you for your patience.

Then I called the consulate officer and she told me that if I dont recieve passport by next Wednesday, then give a call. My case is not complicated..no issues with H1..no questions asked about my employer..just only about my spouse AOS..and I have AP, EAD which means they should have my background information already. I feel like I unnecessarily went to visa stamping. It is taking more than 2 weeks, after visa stamping, to get passport back..so going to India for 1 month vacation with visa plans is very risky..
Will let you know once i receive my passport.

Just a 3 years in USA, getting a GC by porting into EB2 with a B.Com and some online degree!!!!!! What a pathetic situation for us!!!!!!!!!. Wake up USCIS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fully agree with each word you said. Many people with legit US education (not TVU kind that many not so educated people on this forum are taking shelter under the umbra of) who have been in the US for more than 10 years are still lawfully waiting in the line. And this idiot with a BCOM and MCA ( correspondence course from IGNOU) is dreaming of porting into EB2 and screw us up. Shame on USCIS and Shame on DOL. I spoke to him yesterday, this is what he told me 'I wrote this letter long back, neither I remember what I asked nor I kept a copy but we can presume I asked about pending I-485 applications, because just asking pending 'applications' for Indians wouldn't have made sense anyway, than it could be any application Citizenship etc, etc..

In a way it's better that there wasn't a huge announcement to solve the visa bulletin fiasco today because we have so many other issues in the employment-based green card process that need to be addressed, that any announcement might have only provided a short-term fix and moved away the focus. I intend to march my heart out and hope that we bring attention to our issues which hopefully shall be put right someday.

In my view, it is too good to be true. But we have no way to challenge the numbers either. But it is 50% of the entire EB pending cases. Is this document authentic?? I don't see the logo on the letterhead??

Your attoney should be able to defend your case based on you salary more than PW.
The GC process is for future employement, your bosses ability to pay exists since he has paid you more salary than PW.
Your employer may be making loss every year, but he is paying you more than PW. Now your salary in itself is an expense for employer, so the fact that he is paying you may be making his financials look a little weak in term of profit loss.
Look at other threads on RFE issues, and talk to your lawyer.
I think you are fine.
